No, you are not charged for missed reservations at non-deposit restaurants. However, I would use courtesy and cancel prior to your ADR time (if you know that you will not be able to make it to a restaurant) so that somebody else could have the opportunity to dine there.

I'm super early everywhere I go (especially going to work everyday), and I worry a lot about being on time too! I have been worried about when to leave the resort after our afternoon break to get back to the park or to get to the resort where we have an ADR. But I think I have this figured out. And hey, I think of it this way...better early than late, and if we are really THAT early (like 30 minutes), maybe we will have a shot at getting in a little early if they are not that busy yet. Of course I don't anticipate this in the summer, maybe only with Boma.
