If sold out now, is that the end?

I am so bummed. When I checked for CB and CS about 2 weeks ago they were available. I went to book tonight and both are sold out for April 1-7. Is there any chance that something will open up?

Thanks!!

There's a very good chance that something will work out. I've gotten resorts that were previously "sold out" many times. Room only reservations can be cancelled with no penalty at all until 5 days before arrival, and package reservations can be cancelled with just a small penalty until 21 days before arrival. In addition, CS hosts conventions and room are often blocked out for a period of time, then leftover ones released to the general public.

Make ressies elsewhere, then keep checking. Good luck :earsboy: I would think it is very possible you can get your first choice.

That is still spring break so it might be hard to get those resorts if they're already sold out, especially if your trying for a discount, but I wouldn't give up. I would do as Micca says and book another resort. Just keep checking back and something might open up. I've had it happen before and was able to get what I wanted. Then again, there have been times where I have not been able to get what I want, like this past Christmas. I tried since I made the reservations last August to get PC and was unable to. I could get it at rack rates but wasn't willing to pay them. I think it was around $114/night, but that is too much for a value resort in my opinion. That's why I would make reservations for another resort so you at least have something.

There is a good chance something else will open up but just incase it doesnt be prepared to stay wherever else you made ressies.
You can also check Expedia. The buy blocks of rooms and even if Disney doesnt have any left Expedia could still have some of theirs left.

I just checked disneyworld.com and both showed up as available. Did you call CRO? Sometimes different sources have different availability (i.e. CRO, disneyworld.com, travel agent, expedia). I would definitely keep trying. Now, if you're trying for a code rate, that might be the issue and the code it sold out.

Good luck!

That is the issue we had. Good luck getting the Resort you want, it sure doesn't hurt to keep calling! But I would definitely book something else and then just call back often to try to get the resort of your choice. We really wanted the CSR - AP Rate, but couldn't get it at all! No matter how I played with our dates! The AP Rate was just NOT available at all for that resort so we went with POR -- I am sure we will have a blast either way! Next time I will move quicker though, that's for sure! LOL This was a spur of the moment, what the heck booking we did well after the codes were released. Good Luck!!!

I've been in your shoes before... I would recommend contacting Dreams Unlimited! They have never failed to get me a room, even when I needed one for New Years Eve on short notice. ;) Sue Ellen is who we deal with there and she's awesome! :)

I've also been in this position. I called once, about 5 months before my intended trip, checked about 5 different hotels and types, all were booked. I was so discouraged! But a couple months later I called again, not expecting much-surprisingly all the ones that had been booked before were now available. I'd hoped one might open up, didn't expect them all to, so I didn't know what to say-I never expected to have a choice!
