If only I could work for Disney and still live in Ohio!!

Yes I really want to work for Disney someday. What a dream job!! If only I could do it now and still live in Ohio. How many others feel the same way I do?

I would rather live in Florida. I hate Ohio. But my DH is a dairy farmer here, so no chance of moving!

I worked for The Disney Store here in COLD Dayton, OH, but that was before they were bought out by CP. Then, we were part of The Disney Co., and got the 50% off rooms, free admission to the parks, + some extras. I miss it terribly but after 7 yrs. and all the perks going away I left.
My hope is to move to Orlando and work for them again. I actually think I have my DH convinced too! About 3 more years here and thats about it. So for now I'll have to be happy with my yearly visit to WDW!

Everytime we're there and ride by "casting", I tell my DH to drop me off so I can apply to be a cast member !

Me too. It is my dream to work there someday but my whole family lives here on Long Island and I don't want to move away from them. But DH & I talk about it all the time. He works in the entertainment industry and would be perfect for Disney but I can't seem to be able to think about moving away from my family.
