OMG I want to be a kid again just to be invited to those parties! I remember once a friend of mine had a Clue themed party and we all had assigned pseudo names it was so fun. I am so not that organized. We end up with parties at Pump it Up and the movie theater. Lol

I did avert my eyes for the special gift (I can handle this surprise as it's not too much longer before I find out)! However, I can tell you my brothers will be thrilled with the movie theater candy. One just said yesterday that he would need money on board to buy candy for the Captain America movie if it's still on.

4 days till I leave. FOUR DAYS!!!! ARGH! In 5 days we'll be at sea!!

I will admit I had my freak-out/meltdown point today. I have everything laid out for what I have to do by the hour literally till I leave for the airport on Friday. This morning from 10-11am was cake baking time. Just enough time to bake a cake, let it cool & get it in the freezer for me to decorate come Wednesday (it's for Sarah's Brownie to Junior bridging ceremony on Thursday). Well, I went to remove cake from pan, and the cake fell apart. Like unsavable. I make a lot of cakes and that has NEVER happened to me before. I just lost it- started bawling right there in my cake. Because I didn't have time to make another one- as I was leaving for the city for Sarah's Brownie Field Trip. At that time one of the Brownie mom's showed up at my house and saw me in tears.. and said.. 'for God's sake, let me make the cake'. I have delegated. It was hard as I had grand plans for a fondant Junior Girl Scout Vest Cake. But, alas- I am not superTweedle. But, at least now I don't have a cake to decorate late Wednesday night.

The EOS and the Olaf are my favorite FE gifts. I made an EOS for Rebecca & an Olaf for Charlie.

The party was fun & the girls loved it! The cat food was just SPAM but it smelled SO GROSS... I wouldn't have eaten it either! How can people eat SPAM willingly?

I love to throw a good party- I really do! The problem is all my parties end up being at the same time as both older girls Birthdays are a month apart & I Usually have some Girl Scout bridging every year as well.....

A few times I have relegated to Movie Theaters and such as well. I tried to do the SPA for Becca this year but she was so set on Divergent....

I am not ready Tweedle - not at all. I have an all nighter ahead I think. I have Girl Scout bridging tonight and then I have to pack. And get my house in order, all the pet stuff ready for the sitter (can you drive up everyday?) ....and I have to work tomorrow as welll and we leave right from work/school.

Course I'm stressing about the flight. What happens if something happens- we have NO way to get to Florida in time for the cruise. What if my luggage doesn't make it?

Ahhhhh.. Stress. I need a drink!!!

2 more days. And I can relax.

So quick note here.... as I won't be around to give my recap on Sunday!

This weeks miles: 9:75 miles (3 days of 3.25 running)

May miles: 46.09 Miles.
Caveat: 7 of those miles were on a bike!

That leaves me JUST shy of 1 mile for my goal of 40 miles to run this month.

So, I call it a good month. Considering I took another full week off due to being sick.

I have a few hours left here at work, about 10% of packing to finish and my flight leaves tonight......

Tomorrow by 11:30 I hope to be on deck by the pool on this beautiful ship meeting some of the awesomest people I've had the pleasure of connecting with via internet!



7 wonderful days on the beautiful, shark infested ocean.

We will be enjoying pool time, shows, food.... an island tour of St. Maarten. A snorkeling/sail tour of St. Thomas (where, my friends, I will spend my time looking for sharks in my snorkel gear vs the coral reef- you have my word on that!).

And a wonderful day on my absolute favorite island in the whole world. Castaway Cay.



So, checking out (okay, okay, I'm sure I"ll check a few times between now & Sailaway tomorrow). But.. I'll call it the 'check-out'.

And no on the CC5K- I did it in 2012 in June and it was the worst run ever of my life. It was so hot on a course with no shade. I love Castaway Cay and so this time, I'm spending ALL alloted time AT the island instead of running miserable courses!

Well, all my time in ocean water will be spent looking for sharks. Thankfully Castaway Cay family beach has a net. I know they were thinking of me when they built that beach. Honestly to God, if I ever saw a shark while I was IN the water.. I would probably die of a heart attack right there. Shark probably wouldn't even interested in eating me.. .and I'd still die.

In a random tidbit about my shark obsession. We are planning Hawaii next summer and I have spent countless hours not researching hotels (oh no) but rather shark attacks, types of sharks & frequency of attacks on the islands. I have managed to elminate the island of Maui on this research and North Side of Big Island where Tiger Sharks breed in the summer. So yhea. Tad obsessive about the fear of sharks.

Anyways. I'm rambling. I shall enjoy my trips with NO sharks in sight!

I once caught a shark while fishing in the ocean. It freaked me out. Everyone had their feet over the side and I was like huddled up in the corner of the boat thinking I would have to drag these people back without their feet! Lol

You're cracking me up! I've been to Hawaii twice (big island) and have never seen a shark, if that helps. But I will admit that if I'm in the water and can't see the bottom and anything brushes against me, I freak out a little.

Tammie, I got all excited when I saw this pop up in my subscriptions, thinking she was home. I should have asked when the trip was ending so I didn't have to stalk...but then again...having a Tweedlestalker is totally awesome, I'm sure she'll appreciate it.
