If it doesn't say "X volunteers needed..."

Hiya! I just searched through the GAD opportunities, and if the organization listed isn't followed by "(Number of volunteers) needed as of 30 minutes ago," does that mean it's full and no longer needs volunteers?

I think that may only be on the "in demand" ones. The one that I signed up for didn't say anything like that at all. It didn't even provide info on how many people were needed. Maybe someone elses knows better, but that was my experience.
