If I pay off a Pop Century package but a Deluxe discount rate comes out . . .

Do I have to cancel my whole Pop ressie and get a refund and then start over with the Deluxe ressie? Or can I simply apply my paid in full balance to the Deluxe offer?

As long as youre just changing resorts and not going from a room only to a package or vice versa you can use the amount you payed towards the new price

Not at all. They can modify the res anyway you want. Only reason to cancel and rebook is going from a room only to a package or vice versa

but don't cancel anything until you have booked your new trip. you don't want to give up what you have until the new trip is all booked and you know that is what you are sticking with. it would be a shame to cancel one booking only to find out you still wanted that and can't get it back...

You dont have to cancel anything. They can check availability at a new resort and new dates without cancelling anything
