if I have an early ADR at Cape May, can I get into international gateway before 11

if I can't, then how do I easily enter EPCOT

The entrance at the International Gateway has the same operating hours as the main Epcot entrance.

For early diners going into Epcot they allow you to enter if your name is on the dining list.

Since Cape May is at the Yacht/Beach Club, you could easily enter Epcot after breakfast and would have to go to Future World. The area that leads to France etc is roped off.

We've done it a few times when staying at the Boardwalk, and the Swan.

o.k. what if I have a 10:40 breakfast - can I get out through International Gateway to get over to Beach Club before World Showcase opens?

Yep. The bridge to France is roped off, and everything in UK and Canadia is closed until 1100.
