So, I'm one week out and trying to pack. Half of my 16s, I can't get over my hips. The others are hopelessly tight. But, if I can button them, I'm packing them. Maybe somehow in the next seven days, everything will fall into place and I'll actually feel like I lost 10+ pounds. At the very worst, they'll be so tight, I won't want to eat.
My tops seem to fit better, though...so maybe I'm losing from top down. My breast don't seem any smaller and they are usually the first things to go.
I think I'm going to try the WW Fast Track meal plan for this week. I could use a boost. Just not sure I can stay at 20 pts all week. I alway eat at least 24, plust one or two flex points (and activity points).
