Are they paper tickets or the credit card type??? Does anyone know???

I really want to credit card type.

Sorry, it's not going to matter where you buy them, the new MYW tickets are on the new paper type stock.

How sturdy is this new card stock for the MYW tickets? My hands tend to sweat during the hot months and we're going in May? Should I just let my 2 daughters hold the tickets (they're 32 & 24, btw!) ?
I still keep my 2003 all-in-one room key & ticket media with Tink in my wallet! Everytime I go to pay for groceries or something else it reminds me of all the fun we had back then!! LOL

People have posted that they are pretty sturdy. I haven't seen anyone say they had a problem with them holding up.

When I booked my room only through DIS and I asked the CM what type of tickets they are if you book sep cause I have always booked a package and they told me they are still the credit card type??? Now I am confused.....

The 10 MYW tix I got last week from Ticketmania were the heavy paper type. I've had these passes in the past and found them very durable. They're laminated somewhat. I am the "holder" of all tickets and they get handled very little as they stay in my hip pack at all times, except for a few minutes before entering the park and for Fast Passes. I've never had any problem with these passes, but again, they are not handled much.

If you stay on site at a Disney resort, can't you have them put on your room key(credit card type) so that it is your pass? We have never done it, but I think we will next time.

In Feb we went on a package, and the tickets were on the "credit-card" type with the room key. We did see many people struggling with the new system, but we were able to just slide our card and go.
