If I am a chicken and do not have kids is there any thing for me at US?

The biggest "rides" I ride are Big Thunder Mt. Railroad and Star Tours at Disney.

What's comparable? What should I skip?

Thanks

I visit Universal with a friend who won't even ride Big Thunder Mountain. She loves US and IOA. She won't ride any coasters or water rides, but still loves the parks. Spiderman is her all time favorite and she loves all of Suess Landing. I US she does everything except Mummy.

Star Tours = simulator. BTTF and Jimmy Neutron = simulator. Spider-Man = part simulator.

The only things I suggest you skip are Back to the Future (just because it is a bad ride) and the Mummy.

Yes, skip BTTF because it's one of those simulators that makes many people sick.
One of these days, the suits are going to read this board and get rid of that ride. I can't believe it's still around with all the negative fan comments. You'd think they'd tone down the program, but nope, it shakes people around like rocks in a tumbler.

I'm a chicken too -- but I do have kids, so I end up riding things with my DD, 10, which I would not normally do!!!
I really like Thunder Mt. Have you tried Space Mt? If you can handle that, you can handle the Mummy. I also agree Back to the Future should be avoided. Not because of fright but sickness. It will make you very sick and it does bang you around.
My big thing is I hate big drops and going upside down. Don't even like the big drop on Splash Mt, but I did it because of the theming of the whole ride. I prefer the indoor roller coasters.
Anyway -- there is lots to see at Universal. I really liked both parks, but IOA seems to have more thrill rides if you don't like that. The drop on. Universal has a lot more show rides. I liked the atmostphere at Universal a lot too. :goodvibes

try E.T.

I LOVE E.T. you sit in these "bikes" and try and help E.T. get home to help his home planet. And there's a nice surprise at the end.

last time I was at US i bought myself a plush E.T. whose wearing a lil' red hoodie (elliot's sweatshirt.)
