Most of the attractions will open (or be open) when the park opens to the general public at 8:00 am, unless they are experiencing technical difficulties. Some of the attractions (many of the ones in FL and TL) will already be open due to EMH/MM (including Matterhorn and Space Mountain). I think a couple of the character meet and greets and Star Wars Launch Bay do not open until later in the morning.

Yes, 8:00 is the general admission entry time and unless there are problems, everything that is scheduled to be open will be.

Last week Autopia didn't open until close to 9. In addition to that, BTMRR, Indiana Jones, and Matterhorn were all down at 8am and didn't open until later in the day (I don't think BTMRR opened until close to 10). With autopia, there was no staff there, just a CM by where the line enters. No one down working on the attraction. No CMs standing near the loading area waiting for it to open like there were at Matterhorn. That made me wonder if they were purposely opening it later.

Toon Town opens an hour after regular opening. Also, the Storybook Canals usually open later than the rest of Fantasyland. Though with that being an EE day, the canal will hopefully open around normal opening. As DahliaRW said, any ride could be down for technical problems. Usually the rides are open at opening or within minutes, but they do have testing they must do first and there are technical glitches that cause delayed openings. This is pretty common with RSR.

I've noticed that most rides will be operational but like the others have said sometimes they could be issues but I've also experienced that the CM are still going through ride checks and not ready for guests.

Most should open at 8. Check the app though before crossing the park for a line or fast pass. We sent dh to Indiana Jones one day and it stayed closed til close to 9. He was a bit grouchy that we hadn't checked first
