I do not see myself ever going back to WDW. We need to do whatever necessary to ensure that the Disney brand is not saturated by another massive corporation. Everyone on the board, a major way of life for you is being threatened, don't sit there and let this happened. The first step is to vote NO on Eisner, and put people with long term goals in control of this company, not those who are only concerned short-term cash schemes. Vote NO on Eisner, that is a vote to restore the legacy of Walt.

Well, it's Eisner who is saying "NO" to Comcast. I think voting him out at this time would just split the board worse than it already is and make it a much easier takeover target. I will not be voting Eisner out.

Disney will not be an easier takeover target if you vote NO on Eisner. Disney IS an easy takeover target BECAUSE of Eisner and his "reign" over the last decade.

Voting NO sends the message that new leadership is desperately needed at the Disney Company, it does not send the message that you want that new leadership to be ComCast. That's another vote for another day, and right now we need to take one problem, I mean day, at a time.

This mess has been all over the Philadelphia news broadcasts & websites (mostly because Comcast is a Philly-based company).

I agree.....if Comcast succeeds, we can say goodbye to the Disney we've all come to know and love. As a former Comcast subscriber, I can tell you without hesitation that Comcast STINKS. If they take over Disney, I have no doubt that their horrible history of poor customer service will carry over. They employ under-trained, rude people who could not care less about the service or product they provide.

What a shame.....Michael Eisner once saved Disney, now he's succeeded in driving it into this fiasco.

Walt Disney must be turning in his grave.

I just heard on Fox News that the FCC is looking into this. Since it would make Comcast such a huge player. They also said that the merger would give Comcast total access to Disney's vault of movies. They could play them at their discretion. Sad!

I don't watch the news on TV, I don't listen to it on the radio, and I don't read the newspapers. Haven't for years. But hearing all this stuff about Disneyfrom you folks is very alarming! How serious is this threat? ....................P
