I'd rather not. Not here at least.

I was happy to explain about the RICO issues with the prior lawsuit but this is a reverse race discrimination lawsuit on a topic that, at this point in time, has strong political overtones. Anything I posted here about this lawsuit, the quality (or lack thereof) of the complaint, or the underlying issues would either get me sued for defamation (which is not a real concern for me) or risk triggering posts which don't comply with board posting rules (which is a concern).
