Just some encouraging news...
Finally snagged a Full Hook up w/cable for Nov 2007 for 10 nights!!!
Booked a partial as it was the only thing left back in December 2006.
Been checking a couple times a week since and FINALLY was able to book a Full hook up.
No more worrying about where and the frequency of dumping the gray water!
Thanks to this board, I would not have known to keep trying!

I had a similar experience. About three weeks ago, I tried to book the last week of the Food and Wine Festival (first full week in Nov) and they had no full hook-ups. I was able to book the week prior. Kept checking he web and one day (last week) they had room on the week I had originally wanted. Picked up the phone and got my week changed. Not sure what opened it, but then I guess it really doesn't matter, does it!!!!!

I suggested on another thread earlier that if you can't get the time you want, ask if any of the days are available. If it is, then take that day(s) and then you have something to build off of. That way you have something guaranteed and you can call daily and work on getting additional days. If it doesn't work out you can cancel within 6 days.

Yes, that plan worked for us. We just decided on a very last minute trip for 3/12-17! We started with 3/14-16 and now have 3/14-17 and 3/12! we now only need 3/13! Wish us ! FW here we come. Those AP's are burning a hole in our pocket.

I hear that a lot Big Daddy. LOL and JK. I booked a site the first time at FW for Thanksgiving weekend in 04 and asked for Friday - Monday and all she had was Saturday. Something just said to book that day and see what happens. I called for about a month and finally got what I wanted. Now if I don't get all my days I do the take what you got trick. If I can't get the other days I can always cry huh.

Success! We got all 5 nights, 3/12-17 at FW! I kept trying for just the one night left which was 3/13 and then the CM said 3/13 is not available but you can get 3/12-17! I do not understand but that's okay!
