I actually thought about writing a post like this myself after our Alaska cruise. We first had Christian (from Costa Rica) as our assistant server on the Wonder Mexico cruise this past March and he was awesome! We loved him so much we then requested him on our Wonder Alaska cruise and were seated in his area. The man is just a ray of sunshine- he never stops smiling! He was so good with my teenage daughter and she loved all of his magic tricks. Deedee was great also, but Christian was our favorite. I do know that Christian was heading off the ship on break in mid-July. However, I know he will be back on the Wonder after break. He told me it was his favorite ship and he had no desire to change to another.
FYI, we did have a different head server on the Mexico cruise. I know that others mentioned it's always best to just request one server because the team of two doesn't always stay together. We found this to be the case. I also found out that if you request a server they don't let the server know that. Christian just thought at first it was a coincidence that we were seated with him a second time until I told him that we had requested him.
