I know it is against the rules to solicit sales, so I am just asking if anyone knows agents etc. for Vero points to please pm me. I REALLY need to sell as the doctors have lost their patience and the bills must be paid.

You could try the Timeshare Store, who sponser this board. The only problem is that they have a lot of VB listings and they appear not to be selling quickly. Buyers are leery of the high maintenance fees and there is supposed to be an adjustment fee for the hurricane damage.

If you can't sell. Try renting points to raise cash. At 7 months, points are points.

Sorry to read of your need to sell but it's understandable. You might want to consider negotiating, perhaps through a counseling service, to see if the involved parties will accept a lesser amount or if you can establish a monthly payment plan. I think medical service providers will do that, and then the rental of your points might work out for you. Good luck.

I also feel your best option might be renting the points. That would probably put some money in your pocket faster than selling. There seems to be a glut of Vero Beach points available for sale right now and prices are the lowest of any DVC properties. It may not be the solution for your problem...but it might buy you more time.
