If a stranger asked to give your child

I wouldn't have an issue with it since it's not a food item but I would say ask the parents without being obvious to the kids just in case they would like to say no without causing a major temper tantrum.

I think it's very sweet of you guys to want to share some joy! :)
 
My now 9 year old DD and I do this every trip.... she LOVES to hand them out while we're waiting for Spectromagic to begin or Fantasmic.....

We get a mixed bag when we're trying to give them away.... from people that are very grateful, to those that are stunned that somebody is doing something for them for FREE in Disney :rotfl:, and then of course those that think we're looking for money or think we're downright odd for trying to hand things out to others and try to run in the opposite direction.....:confused3
