Idiots guide to renewinging shareholder card??

Is there such a thing?? Ours is due for renewal. We have the 100 shares. Shares are through Halifax.

Can anyone help. What I have difficulty with is getting the proof from online. Last time had to phone up and get it posted out to us. Also we are hoping to change name on shares.

You need to print of your statement from Halifax, it should be available on your traders account online and if you have a scanner, scan it in and attach to the email as you can now email your renewal form rather then posting it.

Forgot to say the new cards have your photo on them and it will ask for a photo to be uploaded

I don't know what header it's under. Can get into account but don't know where to look! Glad this only comes round every 2 years!!! We are going on 28th September so now have a rush on to get new card!

try to send it off asap as I sent my at the beginning of June and still waiting... so they might be doing the next batch soon as someone posted a week after I apply that they got their but it looks like I just missed it...

and I have only copy the statement into word and they have accepted it fine...

Will get husband to call first thing Monday. Wish I knew what section it was under on website account!! Very frustrating! It's *** it needs date on it to prove you still own them..

I found one screen that says we one the 100 shares and is dated. Only downside is we own other shares via same account so it shows them too. Irrelevant to renewal. Fingers crossed they accept it. Did it last night.
