Identify this movie prop

Sorting through photos to scrapbook our 2006 trip and came across this picture, and I've lost recollection of the movie set it is from. I'm thinking it is from POTC The Curse of The Black Pearl. It was taken at the entrance to Catastrophe Canyon, and you'd think I'd remember, but I didn't take good notes during the trip.

I think you're right; it's a figurehead from one of the ships in POTC (can't remember which). It's been forever since I did the tour though and my brain only operates in spurts Anyone else confirm?
