Ideas to Surprise Mom?

Hi, We will be giving this trip to my Mom on her birthday. Wondering what we could make and/or wrap for her to find out the surprise that she is going with us. Any ideas welcome.
Her birthday is late this month, we are looking at going in April to Poly.

* a lei

Great idea to surprise your mom with a trip to DW! I don't have any ideas but I think it is a great surprise.

Like the Disney bag idea... will come in very useful! How about a Disney gift card? Or, who wouldn't love some personalized retro-looking mouse ears? You can also find lots of Disney jewelry... earrings or a watch, perhaps? Take a look at www.disneyshopping.com for tons of great products at good prices. Sometimes they have free personalization offers...

We surprised my mom with a trip as her Christmas Present. (She lives in D.C and we are all the way up in Canada, so she only sees her Grandsons a couple times a year... this is a way for her to experience the magic AND spend time with us.

I wrote a little poem that was on a scroll, that gave her some hints to what she was getting, and then she opened a scrap book that had a page for each day's activities, as well as a page for our hotel (DVC members, staying at Bay Lake Towers), another with her park hopper pass and another with her flight information. We are doing the DDP, so I also included the dinner reservation times for each day (We are going in May), park map, and the "Must Do's" for each park according to her soon to be 3 year old twin grandsons.

She loved it! She was totally overwhelmed, but it allowed her to look at it later when she returned home... and has called me numerous times to tell me how excited she was.
