I think we should have a Community Leader at an Information Desk in the Esplanade. It's where we all started when we were new. There are so many people there that always have questions. A lot of them feel lost already and ask the other new people for help. It would help to get them started off right. I often wonder how many people quit because they just don't understand what they should do next and they couldn't get anyone to help them.
I also don't like the idea of Leaders having to sign up for time slots on VMK. That makes it more like real paid work. I think we all prefer to get on VMK whenever we want to, rather than because we have to.

He keeps all of his rooms open, and no matter how busy he is - room building comes to mind 
he always has time to help the newbies and others who come in with problems. He also spends time in public rooms.
