We are going to DL on Wed/Thurs. My sister is going to drive from the San Fernando Valley out to Anaheim on Wed night after the traffic clears up so she can go with us to the parks on Thurs. We wanted to stay at the park until closing (11pm I think it is) on Wed night but she will be in the area at about 9pm. We have to somehow get her the hotel key so she can head to room until we are done at the parks. Any ideas?
I was thinking of a few things.
Get a copy of her license and give it to the hotel and have them hold a key for her at the desk. Not sure if they will do this.
I could meet up with her at Downtown Disney and go with her to the hotel leaving hubby and daughter at the parks for the last couple of hours. Sister could park free for Downtown Disney.
Just have her tell them she is picking someone up and meet her to give her the key at a pickup area. The only issue here is that we have not been to Disneyland since before they built the new parking and California Adventure so not sure where that would be.
Anyone ever done this kind of thing before?

Just let the front desk know that one of the party will arrive late and needs a key. We have done this when DH and I are arriving at hotels at different times.
