So, we (my DW and myself) are going on Southern Ca in 8 short days. :cloud9:

We have our backpacks and we plan to use them. Yet, so do all of the other people on the trip. :upsidedow

So, for those who have taken ABD trips, what do you do to differentiate your backpacks from everyone elses?

We are thinking of using colored yarn tied around straps and maybe some stickers.

Ideas, suggestions?? :coffee:

Thanking everyone in advance for their ideas. :goodvibes; ;) :) :woohoo:

We have a bright yellow and red Mickey tag which we attach to the backpack. It doesn't leave us for long, DH is our camel so it's on him 99% of the time. :)

I use a brightly colored, large leather luggage tag. That way, not only is it easy to spot, but it has your name & phone number on it.

I take backpacks, duffels, etc to a design shop and get cute monograms stitched on everything. Might not work so well for you hubby but....

(of course, I live in NC. We'd monogram our pets if they'd stand still long enough. May not be the style where you live ;))

I have spools of ribbon I bought a while back, and tie a piece on everything we travel with. Luggage, back pack, pool bag, bag with snorkel gear, camera bag and strap. Even my purse.

I can spot our things instantly.
