I bought DS tickets to his favorite ball team for next summer. I want to wrap them in a fun way, instead of just a card....
Any great ideas?
I thought of putting an ornament of baseball glove ball and maybe "take me out to the ball park" wrapping paper?

What about getting clear ornaments from a Hobby Lobby or Michael's. You can very easily take off the part that the ornament hangs from, roll the ticket up and shove it down the neck of the ornament, then replace the hang-y thing!

Might need to break the ornament to get it out!

Maybe make up a "baseball" themed gift basket. You can include a bag of peanuts, cracker jacks, a baseball, little gadgets of his favorite team (keychain, hat, blow up bat, etc) Maybe get a baseball themed ornament for the tree. Arrange everything in a nice basket or box and have the tickets in there too?

oh I like this.
I am so doing this.
Thanks so much!! I will put some related items in his stocking (they open those first usually) and then the bigger things in the basket.

I am doing tervis tumblers to give gift cards but you could do the same thing and get one with his team and put the tickets in there and wrap it.

Ds and Dd will be getting tickets to their favorite event this year. I bought both of them a tshirt of their favorite performer and will hide the ticket in the box with the shirt.

When I got ds Braves tickets one year I got a tiny child's toy glove, wrote "take me out to the ballgame" on the glove and wrapped it with the tickets underneath it.

I like attaching tickets, gift cards, certificates, etc. to a small gift. That way the receiver gets something to unwrap and use immediately, while waiting for the ticket dates or to use the gift card. It could be a small stuffed animal, a pair of socks, a cup or mug, an ornament, a few chocolate bars, etc. If you want a baseball theme, you could get a few little things with the team logo on them. You could also get a team shirt or sweatshirt to wear to the games.

I gave my brothers and their families circus tickets one year. I taped the tickets in the envelope to the bottom of a box (inside the box). I filled the box with circus peanuts, pop corn, circus animals and a red clown nose. All the little things were wrapped. The kids thought the gift was strange as they were opening all the gifts but when they got to the tickets they were so excited.

We are giving one son cash so I'm trying to come up with creative ways to give that so I've been checking Pinterest. One idea I saw was to fill a jar with gumballs or candy. In the center of the car place the cardboard from a roll of toilet paper or roll up some heavy paper to make an opening. Place the cash or tickets in there and then in the space between the paper and the jar, fill with gumballs, candy or whatever.

Another one was to make a bow out of the cash to put on another present but that would be harder to do with tickets--maybe put the tickets in a holder and make a tag out of them for another gift?? (thinking a plastic sleeve like you use for a name tag or something like that).

Maybe you can attach the tickets to a string of cash--intending to use the cash to buy food at the game. Tape the cash together end to end and add the tickets in the middle of that string. Then roll it all up and put it in a kleenex box or something and wrap that?
