Ideas for small retirement gag gift(s) Help!

My brother is retiring from his local fire department, and I just now am finding out that it is last day coming up, and there is a retirement reception for him.

Also, he will be moving NORTH!!!
Only person I know who retires and then moves to the frigid north, instead of migrating south!!!


Any ideas?????

I have thought of things like the big socks that older retiree's wear that come up to the knee caps! (maybe something made fun of down here, as this is something people from northern climates who move down here might do, that we would simply NEVER do)

He is relatively young, not the 'older' retiree.
But 'old coot', 'over the hill', type things are coming to mind.
