Ideas for Offsite

My friends got wait listed at Bonnet Creek. Any ideas for something similar around Disney? Looking for enough room for 8-11 people. Thanks for your help.

You probably want something with 3 bedrooms right?

I'd suggest Holiday Inn at Orange Lake - large resort with mulitple sections each with different pools - they definitely have 3 bedroom accomodations

Cypress Pointe also has 3 bedroom villas

There are many private pool homes that will definitely accomodate their group, lots of communities near Disney, Windsor Hills, Emerald Island are some of the more popular ones close to Disney.

What timeframe are they traveling?

My family of 7 is staying at the WorldQuest Resort in early January. 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen, 2 miles from disney. I have never stayed there before, so all I can really say is that it looks beautiful, is very spacious and has good reviews on Trip Advisor. LOL. Oh yeah, and the pricing is great.

If you are looking to all stay together in one big unit, I would highly recommend a 4-5 bedroom villa. You could check out www.allstarvacationhomes.com but there are lots of websites devoted to vacation home rentals.

There are many timeshare resorts, like Wyndham Bonnet Creek, located in the Disney area. I'd suggest looking at available rentals in online resources such as the Timeshare Users Group website (www.tug2.net) classified section, www.redweek.com or even on ebay. You can research for free at the TUG Florida forum to get a sense of some of the resorts or you can join TUG ($15) and gain access to the members-only resort reviews section, as well as other members-only features.

Either of the Sheraton resorts, Vistana Resort or Vistana Villages, are nice as are the seven Marriotts, three Hilton Grand Vacation Club resorts, Cypress Pointe Resort, Grande Villas Resort, Orange Lake Resort (Holiday Inn) and a few others that would be somewhat similar to WBC.
