horse carriage (or wagon) ride
riding across lakes in different boat options.... ferry to MK or boats from WL or FW

does she like outdoor activities? maybe watch the fireworks at MK from the FW beach

Crystal Palace for lunch is great. Who doesn't love Pooh and Friends? It is also a nice midday break.
