Ideas for my cousin's anniversary???

My cousin and his wife are celebrating their 15th Wedding Anniversary in August. They have 2 grade school aged kids. They have NEVER taken a family vacation and have chosen to come to California and go to Disneyland for their first family vacation as well as celebrate 15 years of marriage. They will be staying with me because I live fairly close. BUT.... I am looking for any suggestions on packages, tickets etc so that they have a time they will never forget. What about a character dinner, or reservations at the Blue Bayou or other restaurant? Or you could get seating for fantasmic? Just some thoughts.
