I just found out that fantamic is cancelled during Jan 26-30(The four nights we are in Disney) What a disappointment but I am sure there are lots of other great things to do.

We had planned relax around our resort the boardwalk on evening. We are also going to attend the Fireworks at the MK and EPCOT. Any ideas on fun family activities we can do on our last evening. We are travelling with 6 adults and 3 children under 3. We prefer not to spend any extra money.

Thanks in advance!

Chip 'n Dale's sing-along campfire at Fort Wilderness ... it's free unless you want to make 'smores ... for $6 you get two *sticks*, marshmallows and two Hershey chocolate bars.

First there's singing and Chip & Dale appear, then a movie is shown.

The start times vary, so call FW front desk.

The campfire is a lot of fun! You can also visit the petting zoo at Fort Wilderness and for a couple of dollars they have pony rides.

You can watch the Electrical Water Pagent on Bay Lake from any of the resort beaches.

Ride in the front of the monorail, only 4 can go at a time but you could have one adult take the three kids for a birds eye view. My favorite is the loop from MK to Epcot. The rest of the adults can ride in the regular cars.

Tour the MK resorts.

Play with legos at the Lego store in downtown disney. They have a play area with lots of legos and there are lego statues that are a lot of fun.

I second the trip to Downtown Disney. Not only the Lego store, but World of Disney, and ice cream at Ghiradhellis (sp?), and the great toy store there as well! Plus, dinner at Rainforest Cafe, or one of the other great restaurants.

Has anyone seen any Harry Potter legos at the lego store? My son is a big HP lego fan and just got the castle for Christmas. What exactly is the store like?

When we were last at the Lego store in August there were HP legos. The store has two rooms full of legos, everything from Duplos to the special large figures. They also have displays built out of legos that are pretty neat, and usually the newest legos are on display too. Outside there is a play area that has bins of Legos where you can build your own creations. It has just been remodeled so we didn't see the finished outside play area, but I assume it will be close to the way it was in the past. Someone can correct me if it has changed a lot.

There are also huge sculptures out of Legos surrounding the store. These make great picture spots.

I'm with everyone else Downtown Disney is great. We always go there on our first night before the parks just to get into the disney mood. There is alot to look at and play with. It is also a great place to eat, lots of different foods. I have never tries thr campfire sounds like fun will have to try it.
