It's my husband's... I know he won't want anything big but I would like to think of something unexpected, "out of the box" if you will. We will be staying at BWV. He won't wear a pin but I was thinking of surprising him in some way.

I'm blushing just thinking about what my husband would like for his birthday.  :cloud9:

And a nice dinner before or after. He likes the Flying Fish right on the BW.

LOL! FF is my husband's favourite restaurant! We have dinner reservations there.

Not very out of the box, but how about one of those specialty cakes that you can order from the hotel bakery. You can theme it and have it delivered to your room or a Disney restaurant. Or how about a couples massage at one of the spas, I am sure they do that sort of thing. That way - you both get a present:thumbsup2.

how about a firework cruise?

I inquired about that.. our dinner reservations are too late. I've decided to give him Rush tickets and order a cake. I think the concert tickets are what he would most enjoy, although the massage sounds good to me!

seriously...we must be long lost cousins or something. i was just coming on here to ask about what i can do for my husband's birthday. he will be turning 40 and we'll also be staying at BWV. AND he would probably prefer rush tickets over anything! lol! too funny!

i would love to do the couple's massage too but we will have our son with us who will be 15 months old at the time so no time to do that. maybe a cake? we have ressies for brown derby which he really loves. two years ago we were there for his bday too and i had them bring a cake. i guess i'll do that again. wish there was something a little more i could do - something that won't break the bank :) (besides Deb&Bill's advice! hehehe)

:rotfl: My husband is getting Rush tickets and a large bottle of Jack. He doesn't care much for desserts and we have the DXDDP. I can't see paying for a cake if we receive desserts. I order cakes for the children, however.
Deb&Bill's advice would be popular also ;) I may get the massage while he spends quality time with the children ;)
