My wife and I will be celebrating our 2 year anniversary while at Disney World. We didn't plan it this way but it turns out we will be down there for a week and our anniversary falls on one of those days. It will be in October.

So with that being said....Could you guys give me some suggestions as far as how to celebrate this with my wife? I'm open for all suggestions! Thanks everyone!

You can do a romantic signature dinner. You can have a fun night and go to MNSSHP. A haunted carriage ride at FW.

Purchase a glass slipper from Arribas Brothers (I think that's the name of the store at DTD). They can engrave it with your name, wedding date, and whatever else you may want on it.

Book a romantic Wishes cruise for just the two of you.

Be sure to get & wear anniversary buttons all week (they are free at your hotel or guest relations)...Everyone will be wishing you Happy Anniversary and it sometimes gets you a free cupcake or something at your meals

This! We were just there for our 10th. We received dessert on the house at Blue Zoo, and champagne with dinner at Boatwrights. Not to mention unending Happy Aniversary wishes from both CMs and guests.

I would also suggest:

Catch a performance of La Nouba
Take a carriage ride at POR
If you're both REALLY into WDW, take a tour together.
Couples spa treatments

If you can afford it, eat at Victoria and Alberts. It's a great excuse to dress up as you are required to wear a suit coat.

Me and my husband will be there next year for our 20th...we never had a honeymoon, so this will be our first trip ever without the kids! Keep the ideas coming!;)

I'll also be there this October, celebrating my 1 year anniversary. DH and I are going to splurge and try Victoria & Alberts. I can't wait! I was also looking into a couples massage. I also want to watch Wishes from the beach at the Poly and maybe take a horse drawn carriage ride at Port Orleans. :goodvibes

Several years ago, we renewed our vows after dinner at the rotating restaurant in The Land at Epcot. It was short and sweet and included a certificate. I don't think there was extra cost. We just let them know what we wanted when we made reservations.

We celebrated our anniversary at WDW a few years ago. DH ordered flowers from Disney Floral for the room. We stayed at the BWI--club level which was very nice and we did the Chef 's Table at The Flying Fish. If you're foodies and enjoy wines--this experience is for you!

Happy planning!:goodvibes

A private dinner at the Grand Floridian. Weather permitting you will be on the 3rd floor balcony with a butler, otherwise on the 5th floor inside. We always schedule ours so we are seeing Magic Kingdom's fireworks around dessert time. It is magical :goodvibes.

On our honeymoon we went to the Crystal Palace - they knew it was our anniversary and made a heart of confetti on the table for us - ok ok, not THE most romantic thing ever, but we could afford it and my husband really just wanted to make sure I could meet Tigger.

Definitely wear your Anniversary buttons! You wouldn't believe the little perks some of the CMs will give you- like special seating to the show in Epcot, or fast passes- or just telling you Happy Anniversary! :).

This! If you can afford it, it truly is a special dining experience. If you opt for the wine pairings, arrange for a taxi. :goodvibes

If that's beyond your $$ level , than I woud recommend Narcoose's at a time that corrosponds with Wishes (great viewing from the restuarant). No problem splitting meals there, Dh and I usually get an appetizer, split and entree, but we also get a bottle of wine. :goodvibes

My wife and I celebrated our 18th anniversary in 2008 at WDW. We had dinner on the night of our anniversary at the Coral Reef at Epcot. I found some info here at the Dis and made it really special, unfortunately, I think they stopped doing this stuff. I emailed some photos of us to the manager of the restaurant and she put them in a custom menu wishing us a Happy Anniversary. I also asked them to seat us by the tank and had a diver come to the glass and hold up a sign wishing us a happy anniversary. It really was a special night made possible by the manager of the Coral Reef.

I'm pretty sure they stopped doing this, but look into it.

If you make any ADR's make sure you go to your reservation confirmation page on the Disney dining site. Scroll to the bottom of each individual ADR and click "Add a celebration." You'll be able to input your anniversary info for each ADR. :)

We will be spending out 17th anniversary at the world in August. It wasn't really planned, it just kind of worked out that way, as we like to go the last week of August. It will be the second time that we have been there for our anniversary. We had our honeymoon there as well. We have made ADR's for LeCellier for dinner. We are traveling with my DM, DB and his family. When my DSIL made the reservation she was specifically asked if there were any special celebrations for the day. She told her that it was our anniversary. I am not one to like any special attention but I thought that it was sweet that they asked. I will however check into the anniversary buttons. That sounds like a hoot! :)

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary at Disney without the kids in 2009. We wore our anniversary pins all week, and it wasn't just the CM's who would say "Happy Anniversary" to us, it was a lot of other guests who did also.

We went parasailing, did a couples massage and had our anniversary dinner at California Grill.

For my anniversary gift to my wife we did the "pick an oyster" thing at the Japan pavilion at Epcot. We both picked an oyster and had the pearls set in a double setting ring.
