Ideas for Adult Male Birthday Surprise

Going to WDW in the summer, looking at the Disney florist for some ideas to surprise my bf for his 27th bday. Maybe an in-room surprise, but Mickey's Big Birthday Surprise is super expensive for things that he may not be interested in...any ideas in how to surprise him with something special, either in room or an experience? I'm limited in funds and looking for something a little more adult oriented but a great way to kick off a great vacation and birthday! Please help!
