Ideas for 18th party for DD - Anyone had a Murder Mystery Party?

I'm looking for any ideas for my daughter's 18th. We don't have a large house so we can't hold a big party. Has anyone hosted one of those Murder Mystery parties? I thought this might be fun since her BD is near Halloween....... Thanks for any help!
