Hi All, I will be at WDW from 6/8-6/11 solo. I was looking at the crowd calendars on easyWDW since its a more crowded time than I normally travel and I'm having a tough time coming up with a plan. My plane lands on 6/8 at 9:30am so I'm guessing I'll be at a park by noon at the latest; barring delays. My flighthome leaves at 7:15pm on 6/11 so with Magical Express I plan to be leaving a park by 2:30. I have a reservation right now for BOG on 6/9 but I'd also like to do the Keys to the Kingdom tour if possible. My touring plan right now looks like:

6/8 DHS/EP (dinner & illuminations only)
6/9 MK
6/10 KTTK tour? what other park
6/11 AK? but this isn't recommended

Thoughts? Feelings?

We did a pre-park breakfast at BOG and the 915 Key to the Kingdom tour....it was awesome. We ate and then watched the crowd moved up main street from in front of the friendship statue...It was a sight to be seen from that perspective. Since we were traveling the wrong way(again the crowd) we went through the shop where there was no one to be seen and did a little shopping. Made it back to the front of the park in plenty of time. The 915 tour wraps up around 230. We ran back to our resort, napped and then headed back to MK for EMH....

Since you are going to Epcot your first night and will miss Fantasmic/Fireworks, you could return to HS. I really like returning to Epcot multiple evening as well.

Truthfully, when I am solo at WDW, I rarely plan anything and just go with my mood and hop as I see fit. I have not been since FP+ started so I would have to plan those. I would probably either plan the morning or the evening and leave the other empty to chose what I want as I go. I probably would even change up my FP+s as I went if they did not fit my mood that day.

If I had to plan based on your schedule above, I would plan to be at AK at opening on 6/11, then you would really not need to worry about the crowd calendar too much. As for what to do after your KTTW tour, I would probably hold off on making a decision until I was already at WDW. Granted the FP+ selection would not be as great, but it would give you a day to go with the flow. This way if you did not get to do something on the prior two days you could try do do that after your KTTW tour.

Thanks! I'm planning to be flexible, if that makes sense. I want to have some sense of where I think I'll end up being to make FP+ but if I'm not feeling it or its too crowded I'll change. The only ADR I'm making is BOG and the only other hard and fast plan will be the kttk tour.

6/8 HS and Epcot
6/9 MK
6/10 AK and Epcot or MK
6/11 KTTK tour

I would consider doing the KTTK tour on the last day. I think its a great thing to do on a more crowded day, as the crowds don't really affect your tour. If you get one of the earlier times you will be done by 2:30 and might even be able to squeeze in a fastpass on your favorite ride. When we did ours on a Saturday we rode 3 rides and did not have to wait in line for them. It was a great way to end the trip.

We are doing the KTTK tour too and was wondering if begins and ends in the same place?
Do you think when the tour wraps up we could hit a kiosk for SDFP somewhere? For later that evening, for whatever is left...LOL
