Ideal number of days

We like 10 days. We don't do that every trip, but it is nice when we do. We usually go offsite one day to Universal or SeaWold. We don't see everything even then, but it allows us to be a little more relaxed.

Our first trip was 6 nights/5 days in the park with no break and it just felt WAY to rushed. That trip we drove (1 1/2 days each way) This time we are flying in Sat morning and not leaving till Sunday afternoon. I have 8 day tickets so 2 half days, 6 full days and one full down day in the middle to recoup...hope its a good plan!

Arrival day (usually head to Downtown Disney)
2 Magic Kingdom days
2 Epcot days
Animal Kingdom
Hollywood Studios
Departure day

That's a typical Disney trip for me, so 8 days total. Sometimes more if I add in a break day or hop over to Universal for a couple days.

We did 12 days last October. 10 park days (using a hopper almost every day), one Halloween Party day, and one free day (for which I ended up being sick). The 10 park days seemed to be just about right. We were able to do our favorites 2-3 times with little or no wait with FP+. Most MK attractions we were able to experience both during the day and at night. We hopped to Epcot a lot for the F&W concerts. I would of liked to have more free days for non-park activities. So, I'll say 14 days would probably be ideal for us.

7 days is our max. We really prefer 5-6 days. Any more than that and everyone starts getting tired, grouchy, and ready to go home.

We do 9 days - 2 travel days, 1 day at DTD, 1 day DHS, 1 day AK, 2 days EPCOT, 2 days MK. Everyone has different preferences - this is just what works for us ;)

We'll have a 15 day trip next March ;)

Of course, 2 of these are travel day, but it still leaves us with 13 whole days. 2 days of course at Universal so 10/11 days to roam WDW. Last trip we did 7 nights/8 days with only 6 whole days. We had fun, but were so tired because we did parks almost every moment of our trip!

We do 9 days - arrival evening at whichever park we're closest to (last time Epcot for IllumiNations, this time MK for MSEP and Wishes), 2 days Epcot, 2 days AK, 1 day Studios, 2 days MK and departure day at resort.

We do 10 night trips, but we are coming from the west so lose a day coming. Our longest trip was 14 days and shortest was 7 days ... 10 is about right although I enjoyed the more relaxed trip of 14 days with more resort time, water park time and shopping.

9 or 10 seems ideal...it allows us to take a day off to hang out our resort or hit a water park if we want...we also never go to the parks the day we arrive so it allows us to relax

I'm a bit of a homebody along with my oldest son. And we have a dog that stays with friends that we miss badly when we travel. 8 days including travel time works for us. Fly in early and out late on last day. We get 6 full days and 2 half days. We do each park twice plus a night at quest and DTD.

We found a resort that feels like home away from home, that makes it great. Even with a 7 night/8day trip my oldest and I will occasionally head back to the room early while my husband and youngest push on. Those two could do a longer trip for sure. If they could bring our dog who know how long they would stay!
