Idea for new Disney transportation system

Not sure if anyone else posted this but I found it interesting...

This is just an idea and for entertainment purposes only. This is not a rumor or not in any of Disney's plans. This is just for fun.

Take a look at this guys idea for the future of WDW transportation:

Looks fun, but would require way too much infrastructure. If not elevated, there's the same potebntial for accidents caused by non-ULTra drivers. Also, vehicles don't appear to have capacity close to buses. Andit would put about 400 drivers out of work.

Wat is the likelihood this system will be operational during the lifetime of any member of DIS?

Discussions regarding using the Heathrow people mover system in WDW can be found in several threads in the news and rumors board.

Expensive. Probably couldn't handle the number of guests at park opening/closing. No advantage to Disney.


Teleportation is the future. Go to the pad in your resort, touch your magic band to Micky and, at the speed of light, you'll be a few feet from the location of your next FP+
