Idea - DIS DLRP Website?

I was thinking that it might be fun to have a DIS DLRP website - it wouldn't be in competition with this forum but rather to compliment it. I was thinking it could have profiles of posters, trip reports, trip photos, DIS DLRP meet photos, recommendations, poll results, quiz results and winners and anything anyone wanted to add. Lots of DLRP websites are very brochure like and while they are awesome this one would be very informal and contain lots of opinions from regular DLRP visitors which people may find interesting as well as being a great place for DIS PLRP people to visit.

I've been thinking about it on and off for a while now but thought I'd see what people thougt before going ahead with it.

i think its be a good idea, even if its an easier way of finding the info quicker. Sometimes valuable tips and info gets lost in threads!

Sounds like a great idea Steve, if not a good deal of work.

I'd like to see reviews of the hotels - most websites carry the same info and don't answer the questions that people really want to know.

Sounds a good idea but would you be able to use the "DIS" name?

It wouldn't have to have DIS in the name, just as long as people know what it is called would be all that matters.
