Is everyone (and thier uncle) on spring break and going to be at DL then, too?
We were planning to take the kids out of school, but we've had some sick days, and as we already took them out three days for DL this school year... seems like bad parenting to do it again. So, we will now be part of the spring break crowd. Are we crazy to go then? :confused3

Hi, teacups!
My DH are in Idaho and we were thinking of taking DD to DL for spring break this year but decided it would be too crazy and decided to wait for September. My MIL works for a school in Sacramento county and her spring break is the week before ours. I am guessing that most of March is pretty busy with lots of crowds.

Hi! I just realized that it's Easter as well... sounds like a real elbow-rubbing experience to me, not something I can really get into. We may have to rethink this. We went in October, and it was so crowded that we couldnt even get out of Fantasmic! We were literally trapped by bodies for at least 45 minutes. I hate that. We never did get to go on Nemo since the lines were wrapped around the corner no matter what time, and people were running over top of each other to get there before you did. YUCK. I guess it was from the holiday (pumpkins) decor.

We have Spring Break the same week, but our kids also have off on March 13-14, so we are pulling them out of school on that Monday-Wednesday and heading over that week. We'll be there March 8-15. We'll probably just stay home for our actual Spring Break week.

Why do you have March 13 and 14 off.... I dont see that on my calendar. Do your kids NOT attend meridian district then?
