Its Thirsty Thursday and that means ladies night at PollyEsthers!!
Ok so we get all purtied up to head to the PE, but first we must get grub on!!
So I am like well there is this cute little diner at the Stratosphere and its just down the casino from the PE. So we head there to eat.
While standing in line, my moose of a bff (who has this fetish with little ppl, oh btw My son was at the Airport picking up his step mom at the Portland airport and guess who he saw??? Matt Roloff--oh Rachel was so jealous!!)
So she was like, Oh my midget!! OMG!! that was friggen funny!!
Well in the mean time, there is this bleach blonde singing DJ...making his way toward us!! He is on the table singing. He jumps throught he glassless window and starts dancing with Marcie. DJ Boo would be his name!!
So finally we get a table...Sweat Pete takes us to table 33. The staff will never forget table 33!! (I will always ask for table 33 upon my many returns to Vegas!!). At first we get Penny Lane..she was a doll. Then we end up with Spanky...he was such a cutie!!! All of the staff of Roxys have amazing voices!!! Well lo-and behold....here comes the heart breaker of the night...
Mickey....He was soooooo loved by our table!!
Oh and then DJ boo ask for Marcie and some one else to come up...
so then some one starts singing...a Tina Turner song, I think..
She up there with this red feather boa and dancing and drooling over Mickey..
We are hoot and a hollering!! then we get competion!! There straight across and to the right of us...2 men!! grrr...they were trying to be louder than us!!
How dare they!! We own this joint man...this was our place!!! They cannot steal our thunder!! So we just proved that 4 girls can be so much louder than 2 boys!!!
There were 2 bdays that night Candace and someone at another table...
They mostly stayed at our table while singing Happy Birthday baby....
awwwwwwwwwwwww................
We kept pestering them to get Mickey
back to our table...he was delivering food to a table across from us and made a um...well...ya see...ehhh...
ok lets just say it involved a rather large hot dog and I will leave it at that...
Ok so then its Mickeys turn to sing...Aww...he sets the mic stand up in front of our table and starts singing and dancing with Miss. Texas!!
Oh man we all had a fabulous time at Roxy's!!
oh and upon leaving my felon in training Rachel....
stole the picture of Mickey that they have out in front of the diner..
however, the cashier sort of encouraged it!!
We were all sober...enjoyed a yummy dinner...fabulous wonderful atmosphere and 2.5ish hours there....
The staff surely is going to miss table 33!!
they have to...they kept say hey to table 33!!!
this by far was one of the best sober moments of Vegas!!!
