Day #1 Wednesday---8/13
Rachel & I got up at the butt crack of dawn, really!!! 4:00 AM
The lovely brown bathroom AKA John drove us to the airport.
We had a very uneventful flight. There was a 2 hr layover in Portland.
Landed in Vegas around 12:40 PM.
Oh my lands it was pretty darn hot there.
Our little sister who just turned 21 was landed moments after we got
off the plane. I did take a nice 45 min nap on the plane!! I was so refreshed!!
At baggage claim, I recogized Marci from her luggage. (she had emailed me was she was going to buy)
We head out to the Vegas heat to catch a ride to our TI our home away from home for the next 5 days!!!!!!
ahhh....we arrive home..........
Get up to our room and decide to head to Kahunaville for a drink...
ok so our medium size drinks were served in a lovely take home glass for a whopping $17 It was sooooooo not worth that kind of cash!!!!!!!!
Check out the hotel a tad bit, then head up to the room to get all dolled up for Mystere!!!!!!!!!
We walk to the Mirage for our amazing dinner!! It was pretty darn tasty!!
I had the BIGGEST piece of prime rib I have ever had. But it was pretty darn good!! Washington Appletini...oh yum...a lil bit on the stronger side!!

Mystere was freaking AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By this time we were draggin butt!! Well atleast I know I was!!
We head to the room and watch the Olympics and drift off to dream land.


Day #2
Marci & I are the first ones awake. We throw on some flip flops and head to Starbucks, yep in our jammies!! Only in Vegas would I ever head out in my jammies...
why may you ask??
Because even in our jammies we still didn't look quite as ummm....
special as some of the hotel guest we encountered while walking around!!!
So I order up my usual, grande iced vanilla mocha non fat no whip please and a bagel with cream cheese. Yum!!!
We drink our coffee eat our eats and head back up to the room.
Let me tell ya, 4 girls one room, one bathroom, it wasn't that bad.
So we get all pretty for the Dolphin Habitat!!
