Id like the details on WATP please

what exactly do you do besides walk along with the people on the tape? Im looking for something to help me work out in the winter months when its too cold to walk outside. Not sure if its WATP or Curves.
Currently I walk about 45mins every day - some days more, some less but thats how it averages out
Any details on WATP appreciated - thanks
 
The WATP tapes are really good. When you order the ones that come in a set they usually come with a 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile. The only problem is once you work your way up, you usually only use the 3 mile. It is nice to have the 1 & 2 when you don't have as much time to work out. Each mile is about 15 minutes, so the 3 mile is 45 minutes.

She starts out slowly walking in place. She does kicks, side to side walking and a few other moves. They are all low impact, so it's not tough on your joints. She also does arm work along with it, and then adds in some weights ( I have the walk away the pounds walk away weights). I know she also has some other things out like a stretch thing and some kind of pull type thing.


It really makes it nice when you can't get outside. Plus, with the weights and different moves, you probably get a better workout than just walking. Unless you walked up hills and really powerwalked!
