Yes, Spring Break for me. I'm currently watching Bridget Jones's Diary II and thinking about going back to Panera for dinner. The rain is stopping me though. Lol

Thanks Nikki for the soup idea for dinner, however I will be making my cheese soup from scratch. It should go well with the leftover chicken and potatoes that NC Beast made for Sunday dinner.

Um... anything beats sushi in my book. It's just something I've never acquired a taste for (perhaps because it's healthy food?).

That said, if I stopped at Panera, my sandwich would probably be an Asiago Roast Beef. And there would be a blondie and a lemonade in there someplace, too. =)

Hmmmm... I'm seeing a dinner stop in my future.
