Just realized I may have an issue using the pool at BCV the day we arrive. We are driving down and will arrive pretty early in the day and had planned to check in and hang by the pool until our room is ready. The problem is, one of our daughters is listed on my parents reservation. They are flying in and won't arrive until later. Do you think they will let her use the pool with us even though she is not officially checked in yet? Maybe they can look up my parents' reservation and issue her key to the world card early?

I would call Member services and ask them how they can make it work for you. I'm assuming there is a reason she is not listed for your room.

Add your name to your parents reservation and check them in early.

We've got two studios booked. We are bringing a friend of my older daughter with us, so I put my younger daughter on my parents res. Can I have five on a BCV studio res? If so, maybe the easiest thing would just be to put her on our room?

Can't have five in a studio. As mention above, move you or your spouse to your parents reservation and then one of you could check in for them and get all of the keycards.

If your younger daughter was under three years old, she could be on your reservation. But she isn't, so you are limited to four in the villa. You could take yourself or your husband off your reservation and put your daughter on. Then you could also check into the other studio.

Hopefully one of you isn't doing the dining plan and the other is doing the dining plan. Because that would mess it all up.

Put "Travel with" notice on both yours and your parents reservations.
You can then check-in both rooms.
I did this at SSR for three rooms booked under different names. DW & I arrived early and I was able to check-in all three rooms. Two of the rooms were online check-in and one was not. Inform the CM at check-in what you are wanting to do and they can be most helpful.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We are all doing the dining plan. I think I'll call and see if adding a travel with number will accomplish our goal. Seems like the simplest solution. If not, I'll switch names around on the reservations.

If you explain the situation I don't think you will have a problem. Last year we stayed at BCV and had a friend come and hang out with us at the pool. They did not give us a hard time.
