ID check name issue

Hi all! My friend is visiting DL soon and her ID and ticket do not have the same last name due to a recent name change. Will this be an issue, and if so what should she do? Thank you!

No, the name on the ticket does not have to match the guest. I was told that by a CM.

You will most likely be issued a ticket when you redeem your ticket voucher at first entry.
