We ended up doing this because our excursion was cancelled due to weather damage and DS was only 7 and didn't qualify for most other excursions (which required age 8).
We walked around on a few trails right by the Port. We all got cute 'animal' hats. The 2 guides were very friendly and the one that we talked to knew a lot about the plants and flowers. At the end, I think we made s'mores. I'm not sure how little 'super little' is - but I'd say it would be fun for pre-schoolers. Younger than that, they might enjoy the walk but couldn't really participate in the 'hunting.'
Yes, sorry I thought you had young children. I'd say 10 would pretty much be the max age I'd recommend. Our original plan had been the adventure park/ropes course - I think that would be more fun for the older kids.
