Icons!

So where does everyone get their icons from?
I am looking to change my icon to something about graduating...or seniors 2008 for a while.
I've been looking on sites, but I haven't seen ONE icon like the one I described above!
So if you could help out by telling me where you search for your icons that'd be great. If not just discuss icons in general.

It limits me.

I have a journal there and I have a bunch of friends who make icons online and I use the ones they make. If they're too big to use for the boards, I shrink their kb size by saving them in paint as a .jpg instead of a .png like they usually come as. Usually does the trick.

I just search around.
I get my avatars and my icons from there usually.
Click on my signature picture and it'll take you to the journal it came from.
They are amazingly creative there, I just love all the icons/avatars.

And I downloaded this PIXresizer from the Tech board and I use it to make them fit.
