Chocolate, but sometimes I like a really well-made vanilla with a little caramel on top. I make a caramel sauce that tastes like the one at Raglan Road (which otherwise, is not that great of a restaurant, IMHO).
When I had my twins, I didn't want jewelery (you know how some women get a gift right after giving birth?), I wanted a very fancy Italian ice cream maker. A little cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla and you will never think of ice cream the same way again.
Seriously, don't even get me started.
