Ice Cream Sandwiches

After reading about all the great snacks available, I just had to make some. I went with the giant ice cream sandwiches from the main street bakery. One thing I learned, these are big enough to split 4 ways.

Notice the Hidden Mickey just like the ones you get at WDW.

Does anyone else make Disney food at home?

Yummy! I can't wait to get another one of those. We get them at Sleepy Hallow though. I also make ratatouille about once a month. My family loves it. I plan on making African stew from boma this weekend. Someone else posted it on another thread and it sounded awesome! Is there an official thread for Disney food recipes?

Oh my gawsh that looks so good!!! DH and I had the Ice Cream Sandwiches on our last trip and they were awesome. We ate them on the boat heading back to the Poly while watching the fireworks. It was awesome. I had the Macadamia Nut Cookies and DH had the regular chocolate chip and that was delish as well. They are certainly big enough to split with a few friends though like you said, lol.
