on our cruise my DH would get ice cream on deck 9 from scoops. Then goto the drink station and get a glass of milk, combine the 2 to make a milkshake. Ok not exactly the oerfect milkshake but it worked. Makinf a free milkshake. Just his bizarre idea
For anyone who is lactose intolerant or slightly intolerant, scoops is not ice cream but frozen yogurt!
I find frozen yogurt to be much easier on my stomach (so I was very happy to hear that scoops isn't ice cream) and the frozen yogurt on DCL tastes just like ice cream.
Other benefits... it's easier for DCL to store without going bad (or so I was told by a CM) and it's healthier for you (which will make up for my indulgence of deserts throughout the week).
Chocolate smoothies are available in the theater before the shows, and they pretty much taste the same as a milkshake. I'm addicted to the darned things.
