I am planning on getting water bottles to make kool-aid with while at the parks. If I order ice water, I assume it is free? Also, what size is the ice? Will I have problems getting it into my waterbottle?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ::yes::

Thanks,

The ice chunks are small enough to fit in most water bottles. The counter service spots will give you a large cup of ice or ice water at no charge. Filled my Brita water bottle up every time we ate.

Thanks. I think I will still buy one with a bigger top if I can find one. I can just see my husband laughing at me as I try to cram the ice in a small bottle. He thinks I am insane with too much planning...:hyper:

These boards are addictive, I can't help it!:p

What kind of britta did you bring? We are leaving soon and have read that the water is bad - don't remember it being bad, but. I drank the water in Madrid Spain and lived to tell about it. I'm not too worried, but all we drink is water. Did you use your britta in the hotel room to fill up the bottles, then bring them to the parks? Thanks.

We rented a 3 bedroom house and I filled the Britas each night from the kitchen faucet and put them in the freezer. They stayed pretty frozen till about midday. At lunch I would ask for a cup of ice and refill at a water fountain. The water tasted fine using the Brita, but had a sulfur taste without it. I got my Britas at Walmart in the hardware department.

Thanks jjan. It looks like it got a bad review. I'm plan on bringing some water bottles, but not that much and don't really want to spend the money either. Have others used the brita bottle just to filer the water and then put the filter water in empty water bottles and freeze that? Thanks.
